We've had Justin and Randy (son & father) out twice in two years for our heating problems and were very happy with not only their efficiency, but their polite, honest and pleasant personalities. The rates they charged us were fair and reasonable and we have already referred them to three different people.. I hope they will call them for their repairs and find them to as good as we did.

I'm very happy with the advice and installation provided by Randy and One Way. Their level of expertise and experience was signicantly higher than the other firms I got estimates and recomendations from. They demonstrated a strong understanding of building science and applied it to my specific situation. Being Torrance based, they understand the climate zone as well.

In the process, they otimized/right-sized both the efficiency of the unit and the ducting system, As a result, they didn't oversell me on the unit to be installed either. This saved me some money in the process. Bottom line, I am very satisfied and would highly recommend them.

Another great service by Randy and his crew at One way! Our Air conditioning unit was acting up and called One Way Heating and Air Conditioning and they were out the next day! Very impressed with One Way's customer service and workmanship. During the initial house visit owner Randy diagnosed the faulty furnace and provided estimates to repair as well as replace. The furnace was over 30 years old so I decided to replace it. Newer furnaces are more efficient. Office assistant Melissa was very helpful with scheduling and payment. She explained the costs up front and answered my questions. They were very busy and took a few weeks to get on their calendar. BTW, HOA recommended One Way as they are the heating & air contractor for the community.

One Way replaced the attic furnace & ducting and installed a new thermostat. Work was done professionally and efficiently. Installed a Bryant furnace which is the best in the industry in terms of quality and reliability. One Way provided the best pricing in the South Bay.
