My forced air heater was shutting off and on.

It turned out be only a blocked exhaust duct.

They're a pretty honest company. Could have told me it was something more, I would have believed them.

I am very pleased with the professionalism and service i received from this company. My needs were met and my questions answered honestly allowing me to make the best decisions for my needs.

Great customer service and knowledge of AC and heating. Justin always does the service on my AC and has it working like a charm. My favorite part about this company is their honesty. He could easily upcharge the bill and repairs due to my lack of knowledge but when he feels it's just a cleaning and general service that's all he does. I'm so tired of companies that see a female and think they can make up things that need to be replaced when they don't. I've never experienced that with this company. Only issue I experienced was the appointments are usually a couple weeks out due to how busy they are. However I would rather wait and be treated fairly and get a good repair.

Called One Way Heating and Air to come take a look at my broken duct under my house. Josh came out to do the inspection. He was very honest. He was able to Patch the hole and clean out a few vents for me. I would highly recommend this company. They did a great job and did not try to overcharge me.

Due to Southern California Edison's power surge resulting from their faulty equipment, I was unable to turn on my A/C because the thermostat was blank. I couldn't do anything with it!! It had to happen during our recent heat wave!!

I stepped out on the wrong foot and called the company who installed my Forced Air and A/C Units for a service call. The guy was gave me an outrageous quote of $1,500 to fix it and that was just for starters. He wasn't entirely sure what the issue was.

So, since I was leery of paying that much money and still wasn't sure if it would be fixed, I searched for another company. There was no appointment available until Sept. 8, so I took it.

Justin showed up within the specified time frame. He first introduced himself, then brought in his ladder and tool belt. He was respectful & professional. Within less than 10 minutes, he discovered the transformer had blown and we discussed the price and he replaced it.

He then proceeded to tell me he was done. I was incredulous that it was really all repaired and functioning! He assured me it was good to go!

The work was completed for $200, which included the $82.50 service call fee! Would I call this company back again?? I most certainly would! And, in a heartbeat!! And, if you want an efficient, honest & fair repair, give this company a call!
